Returns and Exchanges
Watches:
– Watches purchased from Al Daham (online store only) can be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt.
– If you wish to return the product to us, email us at CC@aldaham.com with your order number.
– The watch being returned and all its accessories must be returned within 3 days, and must be in the same condition as received, in its original box and containing all packaging accessories. Returned products will be carefully inspected, and once we receive them, we will process the return and complete the refund within 14 business days. Please note that return costs will be applied to the customer.
Fragrances:
– Fragrances purchased from Al Daham (online store only) can be returned within 24 hours from the date of receipt.
– If you wish to return the product to us, email us at CC@aldaham.com with your order number.
– The fragrance being returned and all its accessories must be returned within 24 hours, and must be in the same condition as received, in its original box and containing all packaging accessories. Returned products will be carefully inspected, and once we receive them, we will process the return and complete the refund within 14 business days. Please note that return costs will be applied to the customer.
Jewelry:
– No exchanges or returns allowed.
Warranty
We provide a warranty on all watches, and the warranty covers manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, Al Daham will repair the watch and the customer will not be charged any costs (spare parts, labor, or any other costs) for repairing the watch during the warranty period. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
– Product damage due to negligence or improper use (such as dropping, scratching, or discoloration) by the buyer.
– Damage resulting from repairs or modifications performed by a third party without prior approval from Al Daham.
– Tears or damage caused by water or fire.
– External changes resulting from normal product use and scratches on the case or glass of the watch, etc.
How can I claim warranty?
If you believe that the damage or defect is covered by warranty, please send an email to customer support at CC@aldaham.com with a description and photo of the problem. The customer support department will contact you.
Once we receive the product, it will be carefully inspected by our specialized team and we will contact you to inform you whether the defect or damage is covered by warranty or not. If it is within warranty, the defective part will be repaired or replaced and return costs will be refunded to you.
